The Trinity System was introduced in June 2000 to reduce the pager loss associated with guest paging. This patented technology allows the restaurant to call waiting guests on their own cell phones or pagers. If they don’t have one, they can be given an on-premise pager such as
Adver-Teaser or
Coaster Call. By combining these 3 technologies, the Trinity System can cut your initial costs as well as the monthly fees associated with guest paging (due to loss).
The operation of the system is simple: upon getting the system, the restaurant records a 5-second message. If a guest has a cell phone or pager and wishes to roam away from the restaurant, he/she is asked for a cell phone or pager phone number. The host enters the phone number into the keypad, and it displays a "pager number." You write that number next to the person’s name (just like you would with an on-premise pager). When it is the guest's time to be paged, the host enters the "pager number" and the Trinity automatically dials the phone number and plays the recorded message.
When a customer’s pager is used, it displays a series of numbers on the pager indicating what restaurant paged him/her. If he/she has neither a cell phone nor a pager, you can issue them one of your on-premise pagers.
In the past, guests would take pagers from various restaurants and go to the one that called them first, a practice that resulted in lost pagers. With Trinity, guests can continue to leave their names at each restaurant and get the message from the first one. It is ideal for restaurants that are very close together. Call to order: Purchase Price $849.00 plus pagers.
