make your purchasing experience as easy and hassle free as
possible. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and
American Express as payment. Credit card purchases are
verified for your protection. We also accept Purchase
Orders from Schools, Universities, Government Agencies and
Fortune 500 Companies, call for details.
We guarantee your order's privacy and security over the web,
with all transactions utilizing an SSL secure server
connection. Verisign, Inc., provides our Secure Server
Certificate through Cardservice International. POS
Register also does business as POSMajic,
csibusinesscenter.com and gocardservice.com.
Your invoice and credit card slips may bear the name
Atlantic Bankcard Center, Inc..
Shipping Policies
Delivery Time: Orders placed by
2 PM E.S.T.
will be shipped same business day. Orders to Alaska and
Hawaii require Next Day Air Service for Ground Delivery.
At this time we do not accept international orders.
Consolidated Shipments: Entire orders will be shipped
together if possible.
Atlantic Bankcard Center, Inc., hereafter referred to as
"ABC, Inc." reserves the right to correct errors at point of
purchase.
All current items are listed on our web site, please do not
contact us requesting items not listed.
Backorders: If an item is backordered, we will notify you
via e-mail. Shipments scheduled more than 30 days after the
order date: We will notify you via email and give you a
cancellation option. Filling backorders: Backorders will be
filled before new orders when the backordered items become
available.
For your protection and credit
card security, credit card orders shipping to an address
other than the credit card billing address may be delayed.
If your credit card is not
authorized or your address is not verified on the first try,
you may experience delay or cancellation of your order.
Returns
All merchandise returned must have a Return Authorization.
No shipping charges will be reimbursed.
Any package sent without a return number on the outside of
the package will be refused and returned freight collected.
You must call and request a Return Authorization number
within seven (5) days of receiving your order. Please have
your invoice in-hand when calling.
Any part or merchandise that is deemed incorrect by ABC,
Inc., will be exchanged for the correct part or merchandise.
Any part or merchandise that is not needed will not be
accepted as a return.
Any damaged packages are to be reported to the freight
carrier, not ABC, Inc. Have the driver make a note of any
outside damage to any package delivered, this will aid in
any claims for replacement if merchandise inside the package
is damaged. If you receive damaged merchandise, then you
have the option of purchasing a replacement until you
receive credit from the freight carrier or wait until the
freight carrier returns the merchandise to us for
replacement.
To receive full credit all products must 1) be returned in
their original packaging, 2) include manuals, cables,
warranty cards, media, etc., 3) be clean, without scratches
and resealed in a factory fresh condition. All
products must be returned double boxed. If a product
shows signs that the entire product and packaging was
removed from its original box, a refund may be denied
resulting in shipment of the product back to the customer.
In our experience, many problems
can be resolved with the assistance and technical expertise
of the manufacturer.
Manufacturer's warranties apply
from the date of purchase. For assistance, please
contact the warranty provider. Terms of warranty may
vary.
POSRegister does not accept returns on media (Labels,
receipt paper, ribbons, etc.).
Magtek Products are
Non-returnable (as per manufacturers policy).
All orders returned are subject to a 15% restock fee
No refunds or returns are accepted on software.
Use original packaging. We are not responsible for packages
lost during return shipping.
Enclose a copy of your packing list, or E-mail invoice,
along with detailed exchange instructions.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged on instate (North Carolina) orders.
Price/Website Accuracy
Individual product descriptions are claims of the
manufacturer and/or distributor and are not guaranteed
accurate. We make a best effort to keep the
information on our site accurate. Prices subject to
change without notice. Mistakenly posted prices on the
website do not obligate us to those incorrect prices. We
reserve the right to refuse to sell to anyone for any
